It does not work
The product on Win8.1 need to be installed each time after boot. It does not appear on the applications list after installation The product does not hold the link for more than few minutes, and need to restart. Even a direct configuration to the server does not hold the link The speed is very low when linked. For example I got 9.1Kb/s - to 190Kb/s of speed, while when I installed competitive product on the same computer connected to the same router I got the speed of 800Kb/s - 1,150Kb/s instantly. Although the support people tried to help the product was not useful at all Sorry guys, but after two weeks of trying I had to move to another product

The rating could be higher!!!
Because of the fact that a refund wasn't given, only one star is necessary. Thank You

GoTrusted is a Terrible VPN service provider
When I first used GoTrused VPN, it was OK. However, later on it disconected very easily and even worse was that it became very hard to connect. When it was connected, the speed is extremely low. Using GoTrusted can not even browsing GoTrusted website. Does it sound rediculous? When I request to terminate the service, I was replied with an email saying that the service was terminated right away. Nobody ever tried to ask what has made me disppointed or what can be done to change the situation. Nobody ever considered that I have already paid the fee for the month so the service should last until the end of the month. They just stop it RIGHT AWAY! I will never use this terrible VPN service again.

Thank you for your feedback. We do process cancellation requests when we receive them, but your account should remain active through your paid time. Just contact support with your information and they'll have it straightened out for you. They can also troubleshoot any connection issues you're having. Just let them know the details in the ticket.

inconsistent
Your VPN was too infrequently consistent. I lost emails and connections in the midst of thoughts. My new VPN always connects and maintains that connection.
