I used your service for months but it was very bad. It kept disconnecting rapidly. I waited for any update or fixing for this issue but nothing came. I am so sorry ti say your service needs a lot of work on interface and performance. Hope your services will be better in future!!

Thank you for the feedback. If you experience slow performance on any servers, this can almost always be solved by support. The reasons for slow performance can be several: including antivirus attempting to scan the GoTrusted connection (web scan type modules in the antivirus), computer OS/CPU, the local Internet provider's route to the server region, GoTrusted connection mode, computer MTU (technically the packet sizes the computer uses over the GoTrusted connection), and others. GoTrusted support can usually solve the by providing settings or configurations that work-around speed issues. If you use GoTrusted again in the future, please let us know if you experience these issues.

Good value
I downloaded GoTrusted to use while living in China for a year. It worked most of the time however I found it did frequently drop out. Although I put this down to being on a poorly configured, shared network with 50 other people who were also probably using their own VPNs and causing conflicts. So I would recommend, especially as you can cancel at any time which is very handy.

I was trying to sign up and you canceled my service
maybe it was my credit card info which was bad, but i tried ot re-register via paypal and was immediately kicked out of the service. I wanted to sign up but could not.

Secure tunnel took too long
Sometime it took about 15 to 20 minutes to connect to go trusted secure tunnel.

GoTrusted does not accept accounts from third parties. Someone, using your full credit card information and billing address (which we verify) has to manually go to our website to create an Internet security subscription with our company. You can contact our support team through [email protected] and let them know your situation and they can take care of the issue.
