I wish I had seen the CUSTOMER reviews on here before giving clear recordings to be transcribed. ( Why are there so many exaggerated 5 star employee reviews ? Aren't there other sites for workers to praise or more likely, moan about their employers ? ) My files were late, totally inaccurate and totally useless. I got another firm to do the work and those files were very well produced, on time & with only very minor mistakes in spelling acronyms for other departments in our company, and that were mentioned by speakers at the meetings. I will never use this firm again and I have warned friends and colleagues about the unacceptable standards and attitudes shown by this organisation. You don't save money with this firm, you lose money and waste precious time that can never be recovered.

I asked for a video transcript in Dutch and was quite happy with the result, it was well done and not expensive. The only thing a bit more complicated was the administrative aspects, choosing deadlines, paying... we did not understand right away how it works. As a result, we did not get the result on time because of a misunderstanding but we'll do better next time !

The transcipt quality is unreliable. All recordings were clear and clean. I had 2 dozen interviews transcribed. 20% were fine with only a few corrections; 60% had substantial errors and 20% had to be completely redone by myself because the transcripts were completely incoherent and reflected the exact opposite of what the conversation was about. I would not use them again.

GoTranscript did a great job with our custom orders of Spanish audio to English transcripts. They were able to deliver within a couple days and we're happy with the transcripts we've received! Peter was very friendly in helping sort us out with our requirements and was a quick and clear communicator. I can recommend GoTranscript to anyone looking for a fast translation/transcription of a commonly spoken language like Spanish.

I would definitely recommend this to people who want extra income or something. I've been working for GoTranscript since last year and I've been loving it ever since. Best site to work-at-home. You can work anytime you want and wherever you want. All pros, no cons at all.

The wages are on time, the support team replies, and overall, it's a great company. Hopefully they will be able to filter out the bad audios better. Though the editors and support team are great, having better audio available would definitely increase productivity by a substantial margin.
