Sospechosa gran cantidad de reseñas 5…
Sospechosa gran cantidad de reseñas 5 estrellas de usuarios con prácticamente el mismo mensaje y es la única reseña que han puesto en Trust Pilot. La mayoría de las reseñas 5 estrellas son falsas. Tengo experiencia en transcripción y traducción, una gramática perfecta, soy muy rápido y me dicen que no hay plazas en español y que ya me avisarán. Deberían contratar a los que están mejor preparados aunque eso suponga que alguien con menos habilidades en español pierda su empleo o parte de su empleo en Gotranscript.com

¿Que pasa con el quiz?
No paso del quiz. He realizado las preguntas más de 10 veces, incluido con ayuda (para detalles visuales que no puedo captar por mi ceguera, solo preguntas puntuales sobre tipografía). He seleccionado las respuestas correctas todas las veces, me sé la guía de transcripción de memoria, y aún así me aparece el texto de "respuestas incorrectas". ¿Es posible que se verifique el quiz, para comprobar que todo va bien? O si no, ¿se podría adaptar el quiz de alguna manera? Quisiera ganar un poquito de dinero extra mientras estudio mi carrera de traducción, por favor. Me había convencido a probar por todas las buenas opiniones que he leído, pero estoy un poco desanimada. ¡Muchas gracias por leerme!

The transcripts were reasonably priced…
The transcripts were reasonably priced and fast, but only about 95 % accurate. Some sentences were left out altogether. Had to have done by professional transcriber to use in court.

Translation Project Download Issues
The project submission and payment process for a small translation project was efficient and easy. However, when I received a notice that my translation was ready, an error occurred when trying to download the document. I then had to contact a customer representative, who was very quick to respond. Although, I appreciated the customer service, it was really frustrating not to have access to my translation when the system said it was complete.
