GotoflyerReviews of gotoflyer.com

I booked a flight and when I booked it I received a email stating I will receive my booking confirmation info and hours went by and I didn’t receive anything . I went to see the reviews so I got anxious and called them to cancel the booking . I spoke to Reina and she was very rude ! She told me I will get black listed ! I asked her for a reference call number she said she couldn’t give me one , I asked her if she was documenting and she said No I asked her if she was recording the conversation she said she was and I got hung up on when I told her she didn’t say that at the beginning of the call … THIS IS A SCAM!!!

john william was great

John gives me seats together with my wife

Today booked my infant ticket i talk to John William that person help out of the way he such nice and helpful person thanks for John bcoz the guide very clear

Hard talking to people I can't understand. They were nice. John was nice.

SCAM ALERT!!! 5 round trip tickets from Chicago to Cancun was originally $1121 but the return flight price changed to the tune of $500 per person. I called United and they said my flight costs $4850. I had to cancel my credit card and am disputing the $1121 charge. How they’re able to still operate is literally a crime, btw their English is incoherent to put it nicely. DO NOT FALL FOR THE 5 STAR REVIWS THEY'RE ALL FAKE.

Thanks for your help! John Williams was awesome!

The only reason I gave them a 1 on the review is because ZERO is not an option. I booked a flight, and 30 minutes later a Rep called to say there are no more seats available at that price. BUT we can get you on that same flight for an additional $450+. I took out the additional insurance when I purchased my ticket. She said that didn’t matter. I could pay them $98 to cancel within 24 hours or I would lose my entire payment. I checked my bank account and an additional $49 had been added to the ticket cost. Completely a fraud company!
