DO NOT TRUST--You will purchase at a specific price. They will call to tell you it's not available and dramatically increase price. Then they may not even provide you with the flight that you sought originally and provide a completely different flight, which may be at a completely different airport. WORST customer service. TERRIBLE company. Scam artists. DO. NOT. TRUST.

Beware all these fake reviews. This is a scam site. I found what looked to be a great deal on a flight and booked it for that same day. Got a confirmation email which said my tickets would come separately. I later got a call from Zara saying that she was only able to confirm one of my tickets and that if I wanted to confirm the 2nd one for the other passenger I would have to pay more than double what I booked the flight at. When I told her to cancel it she said that it’s non refundable. When I told her I wanted to change the name of the one confirmed flight she told me it would cost me an extra $120. I called the actual airline and told them all the things Zara was telling me and the airline said that was all lies. I finally told Zara that I was going to call visa and report them and after that I got an email saying my card would not be charged. Do not trust this site, don’t book your flight here and don’t be fooled by the cheap flights they advertise as it’s a ploy to get you to book with them instead of a reputable company like Expedia.

Zara was wonderful and extremely patient. I wasn't able to find the email she sent and she sent it to another email for me. Zara went on to wait until I was able to log into my laptop because my phone was not happening. Also, she helped me with my rate adjustment which she did not have to. I appreciate her diligence and going above and beyond to satisfy my needs as a customer. She was very knowledgeable and kind but mostly patient. I will use this company again. Thank you Zara for the help.

I booked a flight 2 days ago, I got the confirmation email but never got the e-tickets. I called the day after and was told someone would call me back 30mins later, never got the call. Called back today and was told someone would call again in 10-20mins. I told the rep if someone would really call since I was told the same before, he said yes. I let him know that I would have to cancel the booking if no one called back about the e-tickets and he said don't wait and hung up. Very unprofessional and unreliable. Don't trust this site.
