Mr Martin Lawson was extremely helpful in helping me to complete my travel arrangements. The process was tedious and took more than an hour but he was patient and courteous when I was frustrated very grateful for all his help

I am absolutely shocked this company has such a high rating. I never received a flight confirmation, and it says in the follow-up email to expect one shortly, so I reached out. I was then informed that the flight I booked was no longer available, and it would actually cost MORE THAN DOUBLE to book that flight. They did not care to resolve the issue at all, and after booking this flight, I had already made all of my other travel plans (some of which are non-refundable). After blowing me off, I got a cancelation email, and that was that. Never would I ever use or recommend this company again!

When you go online and pick your flight times, days and price and put in your payment info, there should be nothing further to discuss over the phone. Well after that they keep calling you on the phone(Martin) and leaving messages to call back so they can find you a flight with the best rate. I thought I just did that? So my whole flight info is a fake. No charge went through yet, but I did call my cc company and I am not going to speak to gotoflyer to give them more info like the security code. AVOID

SCAM! I thought I had purchased a ticket from their website but hours later an agent called me and said the price had gone up, first $200 over the original price, then only $100 over because of dynamic pricing.I was stunned and angry so he supposedly spoke to his manager and came back with a new price of about $35 over the original price. Eventually he agreed to only charge me the original amount but asked me to stay on the line, eventually came back on the phone and asked me for my security code to the card I had given. I insisted I give it over the phone, had me speak to my manager, eventually agreed to sending me an invoice ( which only showed a transaction number that didn't coincide with the one from the website). He also sent me an email asking for the security code. The invoice came from another company called fairflyer which is flagged as a scamming website all over the internet. The agent said the two companies were actually one and the same. My credit card company flagged the purchase and I canceled the whole thing before it could go through. Be very aware of the scammers!

THIS IS A HUGE SCAM!!! Don’t believe all the fake good reviews they either paid for or wrote themselves 🤣 I don’t know how their website shows up on the first page of google. They will take your money & you either won’t get your tickets, or they’ll send you “tickets” and a confirmation number which are no good. I went as far as showing up at the airport to try to check in for my flight and the agent said they had booked the flight and immediately canceled it right after. Delta’s website didn’t show me they canceled the flight right after, clearly a glitch this business takes to their advantage. Now I’m out $600 by these scammers. I should also mention that when they finally sent me my “tickets” I kept getting harassing phone calls from them telling me to write an email stating I received the tickets and that I won’t try to charge back on my card. Literally, what? When has any reputable travel agency or company ever asked anyone to do that? This is when I realized it was likely all a scam. Once they have in writing that you received your tickets, you can’t file against them for fraud. So if you’re unfortunate enough to get to this point as I did, save yourself & don’t give them anything they are requesting. OH and I should also!!! Mention!!!! The agent at the airport told me thank god they canceled the flight because it was already flagged by Delta as being bought with a stolen credit card 😂 so they literally steal and use peoples credit cards to buy other flights for customers, then cancel those flights, keep what you paid them… and your credit card number. BEWARE!!!!!!
