Your website is extremely misleading about the products available and shipping times. Customer service is variable. I finally got a product but it was my 3rd choice because you don't have what is listed on the website.

In the case of the products you were interested in, the manufacturer (Knobloch) sends periodic fulfillment shipments from Germany to our warehouse in the United States which can take weeks to reach us.
