Mailbox Number Snafu
Ordered a simple house number of 2885 for my mailbox for both sides...packing slip states it correctly, but I was sent two sets of 2995 or 2665 (can't tell). The reason why it isn't a 1 star rating is because customer service is excellent and accommodating.

Slow service
Not happy with how long it got to me. Also the tracking kept saying it would be delivered, but never showed up.! That lasted for a few days..

Our records show your order was placed August 14, a label was created on August 18, and the package was scanned as accepted/received by the USPS on August 19. It shipped cross-country from California, which likely accounted for the transit time with the carrier. While we do not have influence over transit times once a package has been tendered by any of our vendors to a carrier, we sincerely apologize that your order took so long to reach you and we appreciate you letting us know. Very nice people but order has been…
Very nice people but order has been plagued with problems from the start with no confirmations, then delivery of only one of the two needed bulbs. Finally got delivery and missing the 8' pole. Still no tracking on the second bulb after more than a week! They keep saying their working on it, but I have to keep calling .... not forthcoming with information.

However, upon further review the email bounced and/or was rejected by your email service provider. We have re-sent the tracking from an alternate internal email. The product was great
The product was great, and I was happy thinking I saved money by purchasing from you rather than Amazon. Then I get to the checkout and saw that you charge $14.99 for shipping! I thought they may be for overnight and that was ok since I needed them quickly. I received my package 8-9 days later. That is ridiculous! That's similar to the old "bait and switch".
