Hi Donna, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I do believe this was reviewed in error as Your Brass Number Order was placed on June 20th with us and it shipped out on June 27th. According to the tracking information, it was Delivered with USPS on July 5th. We do sincerely hope you get the "Green Top" issue sorted out. Thank you for your review, Joseph. Your replacement order shipped via USPS on November 9 and still looks to be en route. As of October 1, the USPS extended their standard transit times and shipments can take longer to arrive. An email containing your tracking details was sent on November 8 when the shipping label was generated.
