The worst sign up experience ever. I tried to change my password I just created and the site will not let me - keeps giving me a new password - I can change the uswer name and I have not even paid for the system! What a joke

Hi, I’ve been trying to reach out to Gotbackup? but in vain. I had become a part of this Pyramid scheme through a friend and enrolled with my Credit Card. Now I cannot afford to continue and want to opt out. I’ve tried sending mail and even tried talking to their Customer Care on live chat. Nothing seems to work. I am trying to tell them that I'm currently not in a position to pay their monthly rental. I am trying to cancel/delete my account, but they have locked me out and unnecessarily trying to debit my Credit Card repeatedly. Cheap and disgusting. When I try to login to my account they are asking me to pay first, without giving me any other options. Highly frustrating and don't know how to resolve this. I wonder how many people are being scammed like me. If they get to this feedback I hope they resolve this ASAP or else I will need to take some action. GotBackup is a Game-Changer! I’m beyond satisfied with GotBackup! It’s simple, affordable, and gives me total peace of mind knowing my files are always safe. The $9.97/month backup plus the $20/year business membership is an unbeatable combo. Highly recommend!

I love the cloud storage experience. It is absolute peace of mind because I didn't have to worry about losing my data again. I carry my office on my phone anywhere and anytime

I love GotBackup and I am not going back! It’s the best-priced cloud backup service out there—way better than all the big-name brands. It works across all my devices (not just Apple or one operating system), and it’s so simple that even someone non-techie like me can use it effortlessly. Truly, it’s the best data-saving cloud service. Period. I highly recommend GotBackup—it's secure, easy to use, and gives me total peace of mind at a price that can’t be beat. And here’s the kicker: You can actually earn by referring others! Show me another backup platform that does that.

Earn affiliate commissions but didn't pay me what I earned when I wanted to close my account. They kept the commissions...really desperate company. Do not use

I'm giving it a 1 star but only because this is as low as I could go I have been trying to make a payment to this sight since midnight last night it is now 6:11 pm the next day and they are still giving me grief about the cvv on the back this just ain't seeming like it's eorth it

Hi Robert I do see you tried to signup today and the reason your payment will not go thought is because the bank is declining the payment because you have insufficient funds in your account. I am really sorry you don't have the funds to try our service. Perhaps add some money to your credit card and try again. Joel Therien CEO GotBackup.com
