GotbackupReviews of gotbackup.com

Switch to GotBackup—you won't regret it! For only $9.97/month, my family gets 6 TB of secure storage, six separate accounts, and unlimited device backups. It allowed us to completely replace our Dropbox and Google Cloud accounts for a fraction of the cost. The platform even includes collaboration tools, referral features, and a seamless Dropbox migration tool. I've been a thrilled customer since March 2023. Between the incredible storage capacity and their fast, responsive customer support, GotBackup is hands-down the best way to protect your photos, videos, and important documents without breaking the bank.

Ok. The product is fine. But the earnings are always delayed or reduced to how they want to pay. They also try to avoid paying and make his own pocket richer.

Great value cloud storage. Been using it for a couple of years now, no complaints.

I've been using GotBackUp for 1+ year and I was happy with them.... UNTIL I decided I wanted to download and restore all my backed up files. The download speed is horrible and have lead to mutliple failed downloads. I'm on a 100/100 broad band connection which works just fine downloading from other places, but GotBackUp has failed me and I'm furious. I've been in contact with support and they were somewhat semi-fast to reply at first, then they took 6 days to respond to me (after I wrote an angry message to them). But in that reply they didn't have an update/sollution to my problem. I asked (demanded) to not be billed again, until this issue is solved 100% — They did not respond or accknowledge that demand. I'm so pissed at them and it feels like my files are taken hostage by their stupid company with stupid support. They lure you in with tons of storage to a great price, but one should have known there was a BIG OL "BUT..." lurking. My suggestion is to STAY AWAY from this company. All they have done is uploaded my files and taken my money for months and months... and now when I want to restore / access my files.... they FAIL BADLY! WARNING!

I had an account with GotBackup and to be honest, I loved how easy it was to back up all my photos. Then my computer died. I asked if it were possible to restore my photos that I backed up from my PC (the one that died) to another completely new PC. The answer I got from them was a resounding YES. It turned out that was not true. You cannot back up from one device and restore it to another device. I lost everything. I really need the storage as I take a lot of photos and I would like to join GotBackup again but I'm not sure I can trust the restore process.

Application moderne et digne de ce qu'on attends d'un cloud.

Deja 3ans que je suis chez GotBackup et je suis très satisfait de ce cloud vraiment intéressant je vous le recommande.

I have been with gotbackup since its inception. and I couldn't be happier with the service. As someone who relies heavily on digital files for both personal and professional work, knowing that all my data is securely backed up gives me incredible peace of mind. What sets GotBackup apart is not just the backup system itself, but also the affiliate opportunity they provide. It's a great way to earn some extra income while sharing a genuinely useful product with others. If you're looking for a reliable, secure, and affordable cloud backup service, GotBackup is a no-brainer. I highly recommend it to anyone who values their data and wants to stay protected against unexpected data loss. It’s like having insurance for your digital life.
