I had an account with GotBackup and to be honest, I loved how easy it was to back up all my photos. Then my computer died. I asked if it were possible to restore my photos that I backed up from my PC (the one that died) to another completely new PC. The answer I got from them was a resounding YES. It turned out that was not true. You cannot back up from one device and restore it to another device. I lost everything. I really need the storage as I take a lot of photos and I would like to join GotBackup again but I'm not sure I can trust the restore process.

I joined the company and paid the full amount of $29.97 and the monthly $9.97 on October 24, 2024; then I have paid the next monthly payment of $9.97 on November 25, 2024. I joined with my company bank account, the company being Sentinel Group Travel Limited in the UK. After numerous telephone messages and emails I have had no reply and still cannot get access to my account as I have no login details? MAYBE THE COMPANY WILL REPLY TO ME AFTER THIS REVIEW? After your reply of 31 January 2025 I still cannot access my account can you send me the login details to my email please. I am willing to update review once I am emailed with the login details ...
