I just pulled all of my gosund plugs. I have used Gosund for a few years without issue until this past year. Not only are there multiple connection issues, it constantly shows devices off-line. But the reason I pulled them all: I sent my son an invite from the app, which I have in the past without issue. However, this time instead of giving him access to log in, it downloaded a chinese program that tried to take over his phone. Now he has to watch all his personal info to see if the hack exposed his financials to fraud. BEWARE!

What a funny customer service experience! A friend said "get their plugs. They're great!" I signed up and received a first order discount of 15% by email. I applied it at checkout and it didn't work. Gosund customer service said first order discounts have "specific restrictions or expiration periods tied to them" (obviously around 5 minutes). WHAT? I said! A first order is a first order... You get the drift. After many emails I gave up. They wouldn't honour their own offered discount! Crikey if this is how they treat a new customer trying to apply their own offered discount, then I've had a lucky escape!

I received my delivery 48 hours ago upon receipt my order was not complete and parts were missing. I contacted you within a few minutes of receipt sent photographs and now no acknowledgement from yourselves. I wish to start a chargeback claim. appalling service. Avoid avoid using this company. The packaging even shows the weight of the parcel so you know I didn’t receive the full order.

Smarte WLAN Steckdose Im Januar gekauft, Lieferung hat Wochen gedauert. Mai Adresse auf der Web Seite funktioniert nicht, es meldet sich der Mailer Dämon. Über eine andere Mail Adresse habe ich den Support erreicht,Support verspricht Ersatzlieferung. Seit weiteren Wochen warte ich auf die Ersatzlieferung und werde immer wieder vertröstet. Unseriös und nicht zu empfehlen !!

I have purchased and installed multiple Gosund products. I recently set up a smart deadbolt lock. I lost one of the mounting screws and have repeatedly contacted customer service for a replacement. They have been non-responsive. I will not purchase anything from Gosund again.

Keine oder nur Teillieferung. Hier handelt es sich um Betrug.

Achtung Achtung vor diesem Onlineshop. Schon die Bestellung war ein Desaster. Über einen Monat Lieferzeit ohne jegliche Kommunikation. Als die Ware dann doch endlich eingetroffen ist entsprach sie nicht den Beschreibungen. Ich wollte daher retounieren und bat um einen Retourenschein. Die Antwort komplett auf chinesisch. Es ist auch nach der dritten Anfrage kein Retourenschein oder Ähnliches gekommen. Nie wieder. Dann doch besser bei TEMU. ::))

If I could leave no stars I would. Firstly told me my order was cancelled for no reason then sent it and the plugs don't connect to the Internet. Now not responding to emails. Avoid this company
