Dear Mr. Dubois We take our products very seriously and believe in delivering excellence in customer service to all our customers. Upon checking thoroughly, we were unable to see any received communications from you regarding any customer service issues. Furthermore and most important, we did not find any orders under the name Charlie Dubois from any of our order systems. If you placed these orders from a 3rd party, we'd love to hear some details about it, or if you have used a different name when the orders were placed. If you’d like to provide real details about your experience or need assistance with the products you mentioned Grill (which has not been made in over 8 years) Fusion, Sport, Chiller (no such GoSun product name), please don’t hesitate to reach out to us directly at [email protected] as we’d love the chance to make things right if you are indeed a GoSun customer.
