After 13 days still not shipped. Sent an email and got an auto response that item was being printed and would ship in 5-15 days. Pal pays says to give it 3 weeks to resolve. Ordered product as a gift and it won't arrive in time. No phone number to contact. Will never order from this place again. Not even sure I'll get my order. They never said it would take over a month to get my order! DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!! After investigating I assume this is coming from CHINA. My BAD!!!

I ordered one shirt on 4/2/2020, received it on 4/27/2020. I ordered another shirt on 4/7/2020, received it on 4/30/2020. For both orders I had to beg them to ship it out via emails and their online chat. The second shirt that came in today is horrible quality, like they did it on purpose. I will never order from gossgear.com.

I ordered a shirt on 4/10 for my sister whose birthday is in April. Today is the last day of the month and it still hasn't shipped. I submitted a claim on 4/21 and I received a response saying that I couldn't get a refund because the order was already in production. Funny thing is that I didn't request one, I was asking for status. On 4/22 the status switched to Printing, and when checking today it's still Printing, but says the shirt will ship by tomorrow. I complained again about the time frame that they promise to deliver and I was refunded $3.24 back to my Paypal account. I guess that's supposed to be some sort of concession. I am going to check again for a tracking number next week. If I do not have one, I will be disputing this with Paypal to get ALL of my money back.

Wow . . . I am so surprised to see so many negative reviews. This is the first time I have ordered product from a FB post/ad. Given the impact on our HS Seniors, I thought it would be fun to order a couple of sweatshirts & a TShirt for our niece. No issues with ordering or receiving product. I do not recall how much I paid or when I ordered. I had zero expectations, since days seem to run together. The product arrived and, for the price, I thought the print & product quality were good. No issues with customer service, since I did not need to communicate with them & I was kept informed via email of product order and delivery. For three items, I paid about $100 or so. From my standpoint, good buy for something fun. No issues with product, packaging, or delivery. We are in WA State.

I ordered a shirt. Site stated on the outside I would have it in time for a birthday (gift) Said it would ship within 5-10 business days of order/payment On 11 day website stated my shirt had not even been printed yet, much less shipped! I contacted them and asked for refund due to not following through. They declined. And now they stated it is in production. Now state will ship 5-10 days after production. So it won’t even ship until a month after ordering (20 business days)? I can understand delays in the delivery, but this isn’t even getting out the door for a month. No phone number with live person. Shady

I put in an order, within 10 minutes of putting in order I found out a family member had also got the same shirt, I requested a refund... I did not receive refund because they said the shirt order was all ready being made. I can respect if I had called the next day and tried to get one, I would even respect an hour or so later, but this was literally a few minutes... I tried emailing back and have not received an email back... That is not good customer service, I would have even ordered another shirt... But they did not offer anything...
