Friendly enough staff on the online chat on their website, however TERRIBLE delivery time and communication skills! I had to ask 3 times for my email address to be amended (it still hasn’t been) I ordered a single size small t-shirt on the 15th may (not ordered for Father’s Day but in plenty of time for it) I have recieved my delivery today (26th June) after being told numerous times ‘my order is on its way’ if your planning to order please make sure you do so with AT LEAST 2 months in advance!

Thought I’d been scammed for certain as just automated emails are sent when you query or try to cancel. However, after two months, I’m amazed that it did actually arrive today and was posted one month ago. Would never have bought it if I’d realised it was from the states. An amusing little birthday present not so funny when 2 months late.

Took such a long time that I thought I had been scammed. Delivery says it will take 5 - 10 business days, but it was over a month. When I tried to contact company, the email came back as undeliverable. The product finally arrived. They need better communication with customers.

I ordered a 2020 8th grade graduation shirt that was supposed to have toilet paper rolls for the 0. I got a shirt with hazard sign instead. It came very late after her graduation 🎓. It was bad enough that she had a virtual ceremony. Disappointed. The shirt is good quality that's why I gave it 2 stars.

BUYER BEWARE! Shirt took almost 6 weeks to arrive. Ordered the shirt 3 weeks before birthday and it arrived 3 weeks after making it useless at that point. Made several attempts to cancel and they refused claiming it was too late and already in production. This was inaccurate according to the order tracking they provided in that email which clearly showed at that time it had not even printed yet. I checked the status several days later it it still showed it hadn’t printed. What business does this to it’s customer and expects a return customer and a good review? Bottom line, horrible customer service, overpriced and low quality shirt. I do not appreciate being railroaded and lied to. I would advise making your purchase elsewhere.

I ordered a t-shirt on April 15 for my birthday that the beginning of May. I didn’t receive my t-shirt until 34 days after ordering it. Not happy about it, and will never order from them again. It is a nice and funny t-shirt but the company should have a disclaimer saying it’s going to take forever to receive the shirt. I understand that each shirt is custom done and someone else probably did have my age with the same design in the same shirt color. So I get it, wish they had said so up front.

Does anyone know these email address please??
