Never again!!!!! T.shirt took 4 weeks for delivery- too late for the birthday gift it was meant for - sizing is ridiculous- far too small!!!!! Material is rubbish, such poor quality! For the price WHICH IS NOT CHEAP I expected better! Shame on you taking folks hard earned money and not giving quality service! I WILL NOT be ordering from goss gear (GROSS GEAR) ever again!

I ordered a birthday shirt on April 2, they took my money on April 3. They said it takes 4-10 days for shipping. After 2 weeks it still said it was printing and it would be 4-15 days for shipping. It’s been a month, it says it’s been shipped but the Usps and DHL #’s they gave are wrong. I emailed them saying I wanted a refund, they said we’re working hard to get your order processed. Processed?!!! It says it’s been shipped!! It’s a bogus company scamming people taking their money. I’m adding to my initial review that I did finally receive the T-shirt about a week after writing the review. It’s a standard Hanes T-shirt (the tag is in the neck), very stiff and they did the screenprint. If you don’t care how long it takes to receive it’s ok. It would be better if they had someone who responded to emails to put people at ease when it takes so long. We just want to know we haven’t been taken for a ride and it’s a legitimate Company.

Terrible service!!! Ordered a birthday shirt on 4/15 still allegedly printing today (5/4). Birthday has since past. They will not answer emails. Calling credit company today to have charges reversed. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!

I am so disappointed my granddaughter will not receive the birthday shirt I ordered on April 18. What good is it if it arrives after the birthday, May 8? There was time to get it there on time. The tracking of the shirt doesn't even show it shipped yet. Beware - never again!

I ordered 2 shirts on 4/19/20 to my birthday on 4/25/2020, today is 5/4/2020 and still printing !!! Really poor service !!

i ordered a shirt in april for a May birthday. it still showed processing weeks later and they refused to cancelling saying it was in printing even though it did not move to that status days later. it still has not shipped i will not receive in time and they refused to refund. i will not order again and will be disputing through my bank.

I ordered a shirt for my daughters birthday on the 5th of April its may 2nd she still didn't get it..and there is no phone to get in touch ..i emailed them 2x and after 4 days they answered and said they will get back to me in 48to72 hours..still nothing..really??? Do your self a favor and don't do it

The shirt I ordered came in very good condition and in the time frame promised. The graphic was well done and clear and clean. The size of the shirt was perfect of the shirt is of good quality. I will order from Gossgear again.
