If I change the sender address and choose one of the other ones that I have stored, you can’t just leave the box checked that says use as return address. It will default to the original address before you changed it. Do you have to click on it and literally choose the return address. Otherwise I love Shippo

I love the pricing as well as the options, however, it sometimes doesn't always update revised items when saved and causes a need for a refund sometimes.

This integrated shipping platform has made all the difference in my daily routine. I just wish I had a little more control. Like bumping a customer to express shipping as a courtesy. Otherwise I’ve been extremely happy!

Overall Shippo is GREAT The only issue is when the option of using the Chat feature is not available. (Thankfully it does seem to be there a fair bit). But when you are in the middle of trying to ship an item and run into an issue it can be a bit frustrating that the only option is to email them, if the chat is not available. However, every time I have been able to use the chat feature the service has been great and they have solved the issue every time. Thank you to shippo. I do believe they offer the best overall service and you are very fair in your pricing. Thanks to Shippo and how it helps our company succeed.

I have found this to be the least expensive and most helpful shipping service to use. I checked out a few others and the shipping costs were much higher. I have struggled knowing exactly how it all works, like having to contact shippers myself to have packages picked up (Hint, hint, having the connection automatically contact them to make a pick-up would be awesome or at least letting us know plainly that we have to do it ourselves.) Some things are very plain, some things are not so much, but overall, since I do not ship frequently, I am happy with this service and grateful for it.
