If I could give this company more that 5 stars, I would. Everything was perfect! Amanda who organized our trip was amazing. She was always in touch with us and updating our itinerary. Amanda was always easy to get in contact with for any questions. Our safari trip was more than I could imagine and truly was an amazing experience. Our tour guides, William and Ismeal made our trip unforgettable. I cannot recommend this company enough. If you are considering traveling to Uganda, I would 100% recommend The Gorilla Safari Company. They take the worries away with planning a trip, making your vacation relaxing and fun!

this trip was fantastic. i highly recommend it! would absolutely do it again.the gorilla safari company is amazing.

I have been fortunate enough to travel very frequently with many tour companies. With Gorilla Safari Company every detail was handled spectacularly. There was not one missed step. When they said they would be there, they were there. When they said it was included, it was included. When they said it is taken care of, it was taken care of. Everything handled exactly as promised. The itinerary was fantastic and the entire vacation exceeded our expectations. We saw way more wildlife than expected and everything was up close and personal. The gorilla trek was amazing and the chimpanzee trek even more amazing. Our guide Ismail was fantastic, friendly and informative. All the accommodations were exceptional with wonderful staff and delicious food. I will definitely travel with Gorilla Safari Company again!!!

We had the trip of a lifetime arranged by Amanda Weller at Gorilla Safari Tours. Our guides with trekking both the Gorillas and Chimpanzees were well versed in their field and provided us with excellent experiences viewing the animals in their natural environment. Our accommodations were first rate, eco friendly and the staff at every location were friendly and welcoming. Our Guides William and most especially Ismail were professional and highly educated in their field. The cuisine was delicious and plentiful. If safety is a concern we were always escorted to our trekking locations, walks through villages and to our flights and accommodations. I can’t wait to return to Africa because of the experience. The itinerary provided educated you on your travel plans, clothing to take, paperwork and visas required, vaccines to get and medications to pack.Amanda was prompt to respond to our questions and support our requests. You will have a 5+ star trip if you book with Gorilla Tours.

Gorilla Safari Company coordinated a 3-day gorilla safari in Bwindi National Park while staying at Ride 4 Woman Homestay. The experience was totally AMAZING! I had such a good time, it's actually kind of difficult to put into words. I really thought the silverback was going to be the star of the show but there was a young, clumsy baby that was totally hilarious. Ride 4 Woman is also a very special place, and I feel privileged to have stayed there. What a cool mission, and the staff there could not have done a better job taking care of me. This was probably one of the most relaxing and unwinding vacations I've ever had. Thank you again for all your hard work! Looking forward to my next adventure with Gorilla Safari Company--which I have already booked!

Excellent company! Everything from transfers to accommodations to guides went beautifully. Highly recommend booking with them.

Excellent service at every turn. From pickup at my hotel, to long drives, coffee breaks and specialized itineraries (every fabric market along the way!), I was impressed with the guides, vehicles, and service from Gorilla Safari Company - and that's not even mentioning the once-in-a-lifetime experience trekking to see the mountain gorillas from the Mahinga Lodge. Highly recommended for any itinerary in East Africa.

I have taken trips arranged by the Gorilla Safari company on three separate occasions. Each time I’ve been very pleased with all of the arrangements. There’s never any confusion all of the details that have been agreed to were always delivered & frequently the arrangements have exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this company. R.
