I’ve been a loyal Go Pure customer for 6 years and probably purchased at least one of every product. Once, I reached out for help with incorporating other products. Customer Service sent me detailed instruction on how to so. When two of my daily items were discontinued, I was quite bummed. The team offered two free products to make me feel better. It did. Customer Service is exceptional and I highly recommend Go Pure products. 🤩

When I realized I had two subscriptions for all but one product I tried to cancel one of them online. For some reason, it wouldn’t let me so I emailed Customer Service to ask for assistance. They responded quickly! I ended up being able to cancel online after all, but appreciated the quick reply and offer to help me. So far I really like the products and am hopeful they are working to smooth and tighten my skin as I lose weight.

While the product was ultimately not for me, Customer Service was quick to help me. My refund came through almost immediately and with no hassle.

I've been using GoPure for over two years, and I've seen a noticeable difference in my skin. Over the years, I've tried so many skincare products that overpromised and underdelivered, but GoPure has truly become a staple in my daily routine. I receive so many compliments about how young I look, and people are always surprised to learn that I'm almost 50! I believe that's because I've finally found products I can trust, made with ingredients I feel good about using. I don't want to put harsh chemicals on my skin that could potentially affect my health, and GoPure gives me peace of mind with its clean, high-quality formulas. On the few occasions I've needed to contact customer service—for an address change or a coupon issue—they've been friendly, responsive, and easy to work with. Their communication has always been excellent. I highly recommend GoPure to anyone looking for effective, clean skincare backed by outstanding customer service!

I purchase the bundled of gopure and it did NOTHING at all. NO CHANGE AT ALL. After spending over $100 on the bundle I am convinced this is a SCAM and of course NO REFUND

My package was lost in the mail and they were so helpful to get what I ordered to me. Best customer experience for sure! Thank you so much. Also I’m in love with their products!! I feel like my skin feels firmer for sure!

I am a repeat customer & my 2nd order of anti wrinkle cream (2 jars) was received. Once I opened the 1st jar, it looked like the jar was 3/4 full. I took a photo of the inside of the jar & sent a message to customer service with my concern of an underfilled jar. Immediately I received a response to open the 2nd jar & see if the same issue exists. I did and yes it was underfilled as well. After apologies were given GoPure made things right with replacements sent. I have used the anti wrinkle cream & tighten & lift neck cream for about 4 months & I can absolutely say I see a difference in my neck & face. Does it erase the wrinkles? No, but it does really help & your skin is much smoother by using this product. I highly recommend the product and find this company does stand behind their product and listens to their customers.

I truly don't know how GoPure has such a low rating. I'm really surprised as I've been using the product for a couple of years and absolutely love everything I've tried. I began using their products prior to their rebranding and was worried that the product formulas would change, but they all seem to be the same. Their customer service has also been excellent. When you email, you get fast responses and they take care of any issues right away. I absolutely recommend GoPure skincare!
