I had an issue with the delivery of my product I contacted GoPure customer service and everyone I spoke to was professional polite and helpful. They didn’t take weeks to respond and I had my order replaced with zero hassle by the next day. Excellent customer service!

I am no expert on eye lift products, yet I can tell you that the ones I have paid good money for did not work, not even temporarily... Now this product "GoPure" works temporarily and effectively to lift the bags under your eyes that make you look a whole lot better.

My most recent order was delivered to the wrong address by the delivery company. GoPure customer service immediately shipped me a new package and expedited it so I would receive it before the 4th of July holiday. Not only are their products fantastic and great for my skin, but their customer service is truly exceptional. They went above and beyond to make things right quickly, even though the delivery issue wasn’t their fault. It’s rare to find a company that stands behind both its products and its customers like GoPure does. They’ve definitely earned a loyal customer in me!

Had one little hiccup with the delivery, but they straightened the issue out promptly. My first time trying it I am overwhelmed with the results. There is no chalky whiteness. It literally took my eyebags away. Absolutely worth the investment.
