I had an issue with delivery of my eye gel, so I contacted GoPure and they responded immediately and my issue was addressed and resolved the same day. The personal touch is so important to customers. Good products, good company.

My most recent order was delivered to the wrong address by the delivery company. GoPure customer service immediately shipped me a new package and expedited it so I would receive it before the 4th of July holiday. Not only are their products fantastic and great for my skin, but their customer service is truly exceptional. They went above and beyond to make things right quickly, even though the delivery issue wasn’t their fault. It’s rare to find a company that stands behind both its products and its customers like GoPure does. They’ve definitely earned a loyal customer in me!

Had one little hiccup with the delivery, but they straightened the issue out promptly. My first time trying it I am overwhelmed with the results. There is no chalky whiteness. It literally took my eyebags away. Absolutely worth the investment.

There was a shipper problem with my latest order that resulted in difficulty with me actually receiving the products and had me considering if I would be able to continue ordering from GoPure. However the Customer Service team worked diligently to resolve the issue and I was able to get my order. I love the products as they are so effective, so I am happy to report that I will continue to order from GoPure!

This set made my body care feel like an actual routine instead of an afterthought. Everything absorbs quickly, nothing feels sticky, and the scent is soft enough that it doesn’t compete with perfume. I’ve been using it consistently and my skin feels so much smoother to the touch. I noticed a difference in how comfortable I am in sleeveless dresses, which was the whole point for me. Worth it
