Hello there Lindsey, I'd like to extend our apologies that your custom-made order did not arrive in the time frame as anticipated, also, we did not receive any email from you in regards to the photo. We try our absolute best to fix any issue our customers have. We do provide our customers with tips and a guide on what makes the best photo on our Pupsocks website under the FAQs. I is never our intensions to deliver a substandard product. I do appreciate the time you took to give us your feedback Lindsey. Also, due to the COVID-related delays and it being the holidays, the time frame was extended more than we really expected. Also, as stated on our Pupsocks website, international orders can take up to 15-20 business days to receive your product (not counting production time). We are committed and work tirelessly to meet our valued customer's needs. We hope you give us another opportunity and have a better experience the next time your shop with us. We are a completely a web-based company and we do respond to our high volume of emails we receive every and try to respond ASAP. Emails are responded accordingly from the latest date to up to the minute. Also, due to the COVID-related delays and it being the holidays, the time frame was extended more than we really expected. Hello there, It breaks our puppy little hearts to see that the material of the custom product didn't meet your expectations. Our pup designers work their paws off to always find and use the perfect materials when crafting our Pup Socks. We make our socks with the intention of them being novelty items but, at the same time, they can also be worn.
