I really wish I had read the Better Business Bureau reviews and rating before placing this order. Everything is super shady, and it seems like the only person working there is responding to BBB complaints. I placed an order several weeks ago, and got an email quickly that my order shipped. That was over two weeks ago, and the order has not left the facility. I tried to contact consumer service, and the email bounced. It was all super shady, which is when I found the horror stories on BBB. I haven’t gotten my order. I haven’t gotten through to customer service, but I will be submitting my experience to BBB and requesting my credit card company stop payment.

After looking into your shipping status, it looks like the status has not been updated since it shipped from our facility. Rest assured, we are committed to ensuring your order arrives as anticipated. That said, please keep an eye out for an email from our resolutions team. We appreciate your patience. Great service, amazed at how quick they arrived… they came out looking great. 4 start because the actual material of the socks is a bit weird.
