1. The socks will not arrive in the time promised. The initial email will tell you 3-5 days. The second email, which comes almost immediately will tell you 10-12 days and the third will tell you that there are delays due to a large number of orders and promise no date. The status updates on the website don't offer any real information. The chat feature doesn't work and no one answers the phone. Very, very frustrating. Don't order socks from this company with a deadline in mind. 2. The socks are a generic polyester socks, though. Not really shaped like a foot and don't stay up. Also, there is no difference between the kids size and the adult size. 3. The socks ARE super cute. The printing is good quality and my kid LOVES them. Additional thoughts based on customer service reply: * If it's a web-based company that operates strictly through e-mail, why are there phone numbers and chat options on the website? *If the socks are not meant to be work, this should be stated and there would be no need to offer sizes. I took the time to select specific sizes based on the two feet who would be wearing them and the size 4 kid and the size 9 man received the same sized sock. Again - the socks are cute. The cropping and the printing is good. But they are not really as advertised. If they are novelty socks, state that clearly. I am not disgruntled or asking for my money back - I am just giving an honest review of the product received.

Hi Jamie, Thanks for your feedback! We apologize your order didn't arrive as planned. It must be a system glitch that delayed the production of your gift and for that, I completely apologize. Since we are a web-based company we communicate strictly through emails. I'm sorry for the lack of correspondence on our end as well. I'm glad to see you loved the prints on the socks, however, you didn't like the overall quality. Our products are usually comfy, lightweight, and fit perfectly based on the size selected. We make our socks with the intention of them being novelty items but they can be worn. We appreciate your feedback as we are constantly improving as a company. Please feel free to email us directly if you have any additional concerns at [email protected]. We appreciate your business and patience! Best Regards, The PupSocks Team Shae 🐶
