Extremely disappointed
I am extremely disappointed in the socks. They are not at all what they look like online. They are way bigger than the size they say. I made these for Christmas gifts but will be too embarrassed to gift them. Such a waste of money.

Hi Grace! Thank you so much for your feedback! Our products are usually comfy, lightweight and fit perfectly based on size selected. Because we are customer-focused, we would love for you to please give us a 2nd chance to "pup-your-socks off". Please go to Gopupsocks.com and use "Trust20" on any other of our custom-made products! We want and appreciate your business! Have a great day! The PupSocks Team

Fantastic picture, subpar quality
Ya know the picture on the socks looks fantastic. The quality of the material and sock sizing is pretty subpar based on the price. They are a gift, but unfortunately I’d feel better dropping more money for more socks and better quality next time.

Terrible.
So bummed. I was excited to get these as a gift. The imaging quality was horrendous. I submitted a few faces, one wasn’t even featured, and the layout was very poorly designed. I ended up tossing them and wasting $30 +. Would never recommend.

Excellent Customer Service
I ordered a mask and messed up my instructions and the image didn't come the way I wanted it. I reached out to customer service and they very graciously replaced the mask with the image the way I thought it was coming. For a company to do that when it was clearly my mistake says a lot about the company - they value their customers. I would order from them again and would recommend them to my family and friends.

Hi Janet, Thanks for the feedback! I'm terribly sorry you haven't received your order. Due to covid and your mail service being suspended an obstacle has presented itself. With that said please lookout for an email from one of our customer service representatives. Thank you for your patience. Best Regards, The PupSocks Team Shae
