The picture looked great and my order was shipped quickly. I should have done more research about the socks. They are a thin, slippery material that doesn't seem like it will be comfortable or will hold up well.

Picture of our pet was good quality but the texture of the socks is weird. More like dress socks and not really soft at all.
Response from GoPupSocksNov 10, 2021
Hi Jenny, Thanks for your feedback! We are ecstatic that you like the picture quality of your socks, but we dropped the ball when it came to overall quality. We genuinely apologize because it's never our intention to send a subpar product. Our products are usually comfy, lightweight, and fit perfectly based on the size selected. We strive to always find and use the best materials when creating our products but we will do better. Please feel free to email us directly if you have any additional concerns at [email protected]. We value your patience and business! Best Regards, The PupSocks Team Shae 🌟

Loved the sock. Got for a stocking stuffer for our son who adores his dog but wears a size 14 shoe (very few novelty sock options). Only gave this product a 4-star because don’t know if will be true to size, but really hope so🤞. Wish there was a gray sock color.
