I ordered camouflage pattern socks as a Christmas gift. I was so excited to have such a unique gift. When product arrived I could not believe the horrible quality. Quality should not even be mentioned in the same sentence. There are obvious lines like seams down each side of sock in white color. I can’t identify the fabric. The look like a disfigured size. It took several attempts over a couple days to get an email to go through. After discussion I’m told I’m getting full refund which is the only reason I gave 1 star on my review vs none. If I get the refund I’d bump it up to 2 stairs. Do not waste you money on the camouflage socks.

I love the socks. However I chose the two dog pics and only received one dog. Disappointing. Still very cute but disappointed.

Hi Michelle, Thanks for your feedback! We are thrilled that you loved your PupSocks. I'm terribly sorry you didn't receive your socks as anticipated. I took a look into your order and I see you selected the one face option. In order to have both pups, you would have to select the two-face option before checking out. We appreciate your feedback and hope we can create a better experience for you in the near future. Please email us at [email protected] if you have any additional feedback or concerns. We value and appreciate your business! Kind Regards, The PupSocks Team Shae 🌟

Loved the blanket!! The images transferred very clearly and the whole thing brought happy tears to many eyes! I wish it was thicker, as the blanket is pretty thin, but it is very soft. Thank you!
