Hi Sylvia, Thanks for your review. We strive for exceptional quality and hate that we dropped the ball with your special order. In the FAQ we advise our customers to send pictures with good lighting and preferably a high-quality photo, in order to achieve the best results. We do not edit photos, we just crop. I'm terribly sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. We extended a solution via email. We appreciate your feedback and hope we can create a better experience for you in the near future. Please email us directly at [email protected] if you have any additional concerns. We appreciate your business! Kind Regards, The PupSocks Team Shae 🌟
