Hi Amanda, I hope you are having a great day! We are elated that you love your PupSocks image. I am sorry they are not as soft as you would like. We strive to always find and use the best materials when crafting our Socks. We make our socks with the intention of them being novelty items but they can be worn. Hi Marc, Thank you so much for the feedback. I am so sorry the printing in not as bright and vibrant and you would like it. Our socks are made using a very special process called sublimation that involves a heated press to seal your image into the sock material. Our socks are printed flat so that your furry friend is proudly featured on the front. Once worn, the socks will take on their familiar shape and feel. If you have any questions please feel free to email us at [email protected] Have a great Saturday! The PupSocks Team
