Loved the socks. One of the photos wasn't as good as the other 2 which is why I have it a 4 out of 5. I hope my family likes their Christmas gifts.

I purchased a dog blanket, however I did not receive the correct item, I have been trying to get ahold of the company to let them know and have not heard back.

Hi Leah, Thank you so much for your honest feedback! It was not our intention to send you someone else's special gift and for that, we are deeply saddened. In order for us to improve as a company, and not make these kinds of fulfillment mishaps, we take your feedback extremely serious. After taking a look into your issue, I see we reached a solution and your replacement order was created. But that's not good enough. We are extremely sorry for the issues you experienced and would love for you to give us a 2nd chance. Please visit Gopupsocks.com and use Trust20 on any other of our custom-made products! We appreciate your business and patience. Please feel free to email us directly if you have any additional concerns at [email protected]. Kind Regards, The PupSocks Team Shae 🌟
