Horrible customer service. They lie about delivery. Unless you complain they won't even send the product. Quality of product not worth the price by any extent of the imagination.

The blanket is very nice, soft and warm. My cat also enjoys kneading on it. However, I am disappointed with how the photo came out. My cat is snow white, and I sent a photo that appears to reflect that. On the blanket received, he appears brown.

Hi Jason, Thank you for taking the time to write a review! We are happy to hear you were pleased with the overall quality of your blanket. We do apologize that you wasn't happy with the way the photo came out. We strive for exceptional quality and hate that we dropped the ball with your special order. Yes, your cat is snow white but the photo submitted was dark. We advise sending a picture that was taken in great lighting. After looking into our system, we could not find any contact attempts. With that said, please email our support team directly at [email protected] so we can rectify your order issue. We look forward to hearing from you. Best Regards, The PupSocks Team Shae 🌟
