Based on previous reviews, the length from ordering to delivery is an issue. That is why I gave this 2 stars. I still have not received my socks. 12/1 Update: My socks arrived. They turned out cute, as I was giving them for a gift.

If I could give Pupsocks a negative number I would have given a negative - 5. First of all, you better hope they get your order correctly because If they don't they are impossible to contact for you to get any resolution on your order. There's a support section online only, but there's no phone number to contact a customer service representative!? You will receive a generalized email that says they received your " inquiry ", but then you are left for days to ever hear from them again. Then when you do get an email, ( days later) no action or resolution is given, im waiting to date to receive refund or my correct order. I've been waiting 5 days now to hear what happened to my customized sock order with my cat's photo on the socks. Instead of getting my customized pair of socks I received a generic cat photo pair of socks with "Dad" all over them?! I ordered the socks for me, provided a photo of my cat and I get a generic pair of socks? I'm waiting to hear how the will remedy this debacle. Dissatisfied is an understatement.
