Disappointed to say the least. I received my order and did not get what I paid for. Emailed Pupsocks with my concerns tool 3 days for a response and I responded with what I received and with hopes of them fixing their mistake. I have not heard back and I even sent another email. I am very upset I did not get what I ordered.

Haven’t received my order yet. I Will change this when i Get my order. Tried contacting support, but no answer for 4 days so far. EDIT: Got reply from support right after + i received the socks now. Quality feels okay.

The pictures on the socks are the only good thing I have to say about these socks. The material is hard to stretch. The fit of the socks is the worst part. They bunch up on the top of my foot & on the arch of my foot. I have tried pulling them up higher and the folds will not pull up, it only makes them worse. I thought maybe my foot was too small, so my husband tried them on and they do the same thing on his feet. These socks are not shaped for feet! I am not a happy customer!

The socks were not the quality that I was expecting. They looked nothing like the picture of the socks on your website. Those socks looked like typical tube socks. These were made of odd material and resembled men’s dress socks. On the front of both socks the printing was off center, so part of my dogs head was cut off. I never leave bad reviews but for the money I paid I was extremely disappointed and since you reached out I felt obligated to let you know.

An easy and fun process! They followed the instructions exactly as stated and the email updates along the way were helpful. Definitely will order more :)

I ordered 2 pairs of socks, same background but different photos. One looks great but the other the photo is very light and blends in with the background and it’s hard to see the dog. Kinda disappointed with the second one as itoa Christmas gift. Hopong the recipient likes it.
