Service après vente pitoyable

First of all I received the wrong pair of socks, wrong color and wrong dog. I have emailed once before about this problem and all I received was they would be closed for the Christmas holidays. No further communication from them since. Bad customer service.

The socks arrived as advertised, and while I'm biased it think they are adorable.

The socks came out exactly as advertised. My wife is absolutely love them from the days you got them.

I opened my mailbox and had an empty envelope from Pupsocks. I reach out to customer service and no response. I didn’t spend $30 for special socks for no response. The envelopes need to be packaged better. Not something that can easily rip open and fall out.

Great blankets. Well done. Love how they look & feel. I bought 3. These are my initial thoughts. Just got them so no idea on longevity.

HORRIBLE Product, Zero customer service and clearly zero quality control. I ordered three blankets. One with each kids pet on it. 2 of them are ok but one is just a blob instead of a face. I reached out three times and have not gotten a single response! The two that are ok I cannot give because I will have three kids opening presents on Christmas morning and can't give 2 of them a blanket and leave the other out. I paid through PayPal and since I have not heard back from pupsocks I am moving in that direction to get my money back. All of this could have been avoided with a little communication but they have provided none. Will NEVER shop here again and will spread the word on that to as many people as I can.
