The socks were not made per the directions. Photos were cropped wrong etc…. 3 weeks later and I’m still waiting for a response to get my order corrected. Guessing I won’t have it for Xmas now. 🤬 Poor customer service.

Bought as a Christmas gift, so they have not been received by my wife yet. I did open the package and was very impressed with how they turned out. I'm sure my wife will love having our dog's handsome smiling face on a quality pair of socks. Thank you!

Ordered a month ago and still haven't received. Customer service is atrocious. Nobody can tell me when it'll ship. They respond to emails a week later, if they respond at all. Absolutely horrible company.

Very comfortable and nice looking

The image was spot on - everything else awful. Socks were not cut like socks at all, but one long 'tube-like' with no shape elastic style support hose that didn't fit men's size 10-13 as stated. I contacted customer service SIX TIMES and 13 days later I am still trying to get resolution and a re-order. I was told initially these were novelty items (stated nowhere on their website or when ordering) and basically maybe the person was too fat. My boyfriend is a true size 10 and has super tiny chicken legs and they were crazy tight on him. (I made him try them on with his eyes closed so he could still be surprised for Christmas...haha. He thought I was trying to prank him they were so tight like a pair of kids socks.) They wanted to give me a $9.00 in-store credit when I paid $26.96 for ONE pair of socks. What a joke. 13 days later I'm still waiting to hear back after my 6th email to what seems like the only person that actually responds to emails for a reprint. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - BAD QUALITY - UNRESPONSIVE - AWFUL NON-EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
