Buyer Beware! Zero customer service. I placed an order for 2 custom socks that were supposed to include my pet dog. The order I received had someone else's dog on one pair and a cat on the other! I contacted the customer service email 3 separate times and have never received a response. Do not trust them with your money, I lost $50!

I ordered these ahead of my sister's birthday, which has now passed. I received the package WITHOUT the contents, which the USPS stamped on the package. I sent the photo via email/website to the company and have not heard ANYTHING! I was hoping to maybe get a replacement pair in time for Christmas but it's not looking too hopeful. I have not heard ANYTHING from customer service and I should have known that something seemed off if there is no phone number to actually call someone. I'm highly disappointed in this lack of response from this company. I was going to order another pair for my brother in law but I will just save myself the hassle.

The blanket turned out disappointing. My short-haired cats turned out fine. However, both of my dogs have long hair and their cropped picture makes them look very strange and not themselves. So, I was disappointed with that. I wish there would have been a warning or note about fluffy, long-haired pets getting cropped so much.

I forgot I ordered these until I checked my mailbox tonight when I got home from work. I've been crying since I opened the package. I miss my chihuahua so much I've been devastated since she passed away last April. Im terribly heartbroken but I believe my pup socks will help my depression because I can wear them whenever I think of her. They're very comfy to wear & I recommend these to everyone!! I plan on ordering some for my parents for Christmas!! What an awesome way to end a work day!! Thank you guys for making my pupsocks. They're absolutely amazing!!! <3

I bought these as a Christmas gift. They look amazing. They should wear well but I won't know that until January.

Ordered socks and a mask for a birthday gift. The package showed "delivered" but only the mask was there. I emailed customer service but as of yet no communication back. We shall see if they hold up their end or issue a refund. Wish I saw the reviews before ordering.
