Placed an order on 11/17/21. Website and email order confirmation state orders from the lower 48 will ship in 8 to 10 business days. It's now 12/10. Order still says "in production." I emailed them 2 days ago to follow up. Got an automated response saying someone will follow up. Not looking good. Probably to to file a fraud charge with my bank.

This company will not receive my future business or any referrals. I ordered socks and a blanket for my son for Christmas. The blanket came but the socks did not. I have filled out the contact form several times and have emailed. No one has responded. Also, they do not have a phone number. I will be calling my credit card company to file a fraud complaint.

Placed an order on Nov 22 and another on Nov 26. The second order has reportedly shipped to be delivered next week. The first order is still "in production." I have sent emails, placed notes on FB and used their own website chat. Only get "Thank you. We will reply." Has been days without any response. So finally got order delivered. I had ordered AND paid for 2 pair of socks with a different dog on each. Only got 1 pair. Probably a week before I hear from Customer Service with a meaningless response.

I would like to give more stars but I have not received my order. It says it was shipped Dec. 1 and today is Dec. 10. USPS has not received it and Go Pup Socks has not responded to emails. Pls find my order. Thanks.

We ordered socks to give as a Christmas gift, and they look even better than I expected! Super fast shipping to boot! So this is an easy recommendation from me.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I spent $27 on a pair of socks because I thought it would be cute to have my dog on them and give them to my husband for his Christmas present. I opened the package and it was a random dog and not even the background I chose. I have been trying to contact someone to fix this issue and I’ve had no response for about a week now, it says they will get in touch with me within a couple of hours. I have sent several emails with no response. I was totally SCAMMED!!

HORRIBLE customer service! I have left 2 emails and 2 correspondence via their 'Got Questions'...no response. My order has shown as 'in production' for 3 weeks now and I simply needed an update. When you go to request a refund, they automatically take $9 off for a 'service fee' stating the product is started within 3 days of ordering...if that's the case why is mine still in production 3 weeks later. I never leave bad reviews ...but this company is a joke.
