Placed an order 15th November and still didn't receive my product. Reached to costumer service, but still no answer. Worst company ever

Ordered on 26th Oct. STILL waiting for product to arrive 6 weeks plus

I ordered a blanket, 2 pairs of socks for over $130 & got a blanket that had a dog & baby faces on it. Reached out about the mishap & have not heard back. Wish I could attach my order vs what was actually sent to me because it’s humorous how wrong the order is.

If I could give it less than one star I would. Socks suck, some random dogs on it - not my dog, and now they are out of business.

Over three weeks nothing delivered.

I received my socks and the images are dark and it looks like the 3 images have dog ears. I had initially asked for the images to have their hair, now I’m regretting it. I was going to give the socks to my boss for Christmas. I have sent 2 emails to get some help….I only got a response that someone would be with me shortly. I’m still waiting. I have wasted my money as it is too late to send back for a refund. I got no help!!! Very upset and will never buy anything like this again or shop with this company. I guess as long as your product was correct and you don’t have to contact them, then all is good. I was hoping I could post a picture of the socks. I can’t believe the person who made them was happy with the quality of the picture and shipped them out. Beware if you have issues with this company. You won’t hear from them!!!
