I placed my order in early November. I received an email notice from the company on 11/29 stating that my order had shipped and they provided a tracking number. When I checked the tracking number a few days later I noticed that the status showed that USPS is waiting to receive the package. I sent an email to the company asking for an accurate status on 12/6. I have still not heard back from anyone. Very disappointed. Bill D.

Socks are made out of a material that is cheap and is not appropriate for socks. Waste of money if you actually want to wear!

These aren't socks. They are a nylon material that don't fit on normal feet. These are horribly overpriced and not a good product. Stay away

My dog is black and it ended up just looking like a black blob where you can barely see any of her face. I wrote customer service and they didn't respond. Also had one made of my white cat and that was fine. Guess my advice is skip if you have a dark color animal

I'd love to write a review of the actual product, but I haven't received it yet. I placed my order on 11/13 and still haven't received my order. I've reached out a few times for an update and haven't received a response.

The socks turned out great! The size chart was a little misleading with the overlap of sizes so unfortunately the size I ordered is waaaaay too big.

I placed my order on November 3 and receive my order December 11. When I opened my bag it was incorrect, not even my pet. I emailed customer service five times and have not heard back.

They put the wrong dog on my socks and the customer service is none existent. No response or doing anything to fix the issue or even try to resolve it. I will dispute it with cc company to get my money back.
