The fabric on these socks feel like canvas. They are not soft and cushiony, the way socks normally feel. I tried to contact the customer service department for over a week now but no response. Not so happy with this purchase.

I received the wrong order. After multiple attempts to reach the company I finally received an email response, after 7 days. The response simply apologized for the mistake and asked for a picture of the socks I received. I replied immediately with a picture of the wrong socks, and haven't heard back from them since.

Terrible. My order came with multiple problems including a missing sock, receiving a sock with someone else’s dogs in it, and a sock with a giant snag. I’ve written to the company multiple times by email and Instagram and have not received a response. Steer clear of this company, it’s AWFUL!!! Also the quality of the socks is a joke.
