Super impressed with these socks and the process. My wife is going to lose her mind Christmas morning when she gets socks with our dog's face on them!

The printing was way too dark. And I have reached out to customer service 3 times to get this fixed and only got a response saying we will be in touch. Horrible experience in every way.

I absolutely love these socks! I purchased them for my daughter for Christmas and I know she is going to fall in love with them. I can’t wait for her to open them. Thank you for such an amazing product.

I had two orders. In one, I received the wrong socks. It was a picture of another dog! In the other order I got my dog but the picture quality was horrible! The dog, who is black, is printed super dark on one pair and BLUE on another. To make matters worse, I contacted customer service 4 times over 8 days and they still haven’t resolved my issues or given a refund. I’m so disappointed and aggravated. Waste of money and time.

I ordered 5 pairs and only three were delivered- the other two are someone else’s dogs. Haven’t heard back from customer service and its been 2 weeks. one of the two not delivered was the reason I placed the order, so I feel very disappointed to have spent $125. and not receive what I ordered. This is a holiday gift failure. I hope it doesn’t happen to you!
