Received order incomplete still missing the socks ordered. I have sent several inquiries about that thru your website and haven’t received any help ir update If you are unable to ship the docks please credit that amount to my credit card, thus was supposed to be a Christmas present Order 2641977

I haven’t received my order, and customer service has not responded to my complaints.

Customer service is terrible. Reached out to them right after I placed an order when I realized I got the wrong size and was met with no response from their chat other than the generic someone will reach out to me shortly. Shortly meant 1 week later apparently, only for them to tell me it's too late to change the order. If it's too late why is it that I havent received shipping confirmation after 2 weeks already? This was my 2nd order that I placed with pupsocks, still have not shipped. The first order they screwed up by sending me the wrong dog on the socks which I still have not received a replacement for. They have shipped my 3rd order but the tracking shows that it hasnt been received by the courier. This is kind of a crap show. If the socks were great then maybe I'll overlook the terrible customer service however they are very cheap looking. I honestly regret purchasing multiple times from this company.

Good quality, but they only used my dog's head and not the whole body for some reason. Definitely too expensive as well

Socks looked great-- but made of some weird nylon/ plastic material.

Order was delivered to the wrong address. I emailed PupSocks multiple times about this; however, they never responded. Ultimately, I challenged the charge through my credit card company. Big customer service fail by PupSocks.

They were exactly what i wanted, super cute! i cannot wait until i am able to give them as a gift for christmas!
