Hello, The socks look good with our puppy’s face on them. Delivery took a good while, but I guess that’s expected with a custom product. We will see how our daughter likes them on Christmas morning.

I loved the overall design but the material the socks are made out of are not as soft as I anticipated.

I have ordered my socks as a gift for someone in November and I have not received any information on where they on the ups tracking app. I don’t know who to call to fix the situation and I don’t have any information to tell the person that I am gifting them too.

The socks are not at all what I was expecting. My cat's face is slightly cut off and it is so dark that it doesn't even look like him. The picture I sent doesnt look that dark to me. I could've easily sent a different picture if this one was too dark. Also, I mean this is not even a sock. It's one long piece of fabric (not even sure you can call this fabric). Its not shaped like a sock with room for the heel, so the fabric (?) bunches up on the top of the foot. For the amount of money charged this is terrible. I've reached out to the company twice via their website over a week ago and no response at all! And then they have the nerve to send me a link to review the product! I wish I would have read the reviews before ordering. Apparently this is how they operate. Compete rip off!

Love the adorable socks. Altho the package they came in ruined them. The socks where stuck to the adhesive and snagged them all across one sock.

The customer journey on the website was great. However, I never received my order or a refund...Customer services at both Pupsocks and USPS never answered my request for information.

i placed an order 30 days ago and reached out by email for an update and a week has passed and still no response, yet i get emails daily for promotions

Great looking socks for my wife with her fur baby faces on them.
