Been three weeks since I ordered and the site still says "In Production - Special". No updates, no replies to my inquires via chat or email, but 2 or more emails a day with offers to sell me more socks and blankets. Two more days and I will just cancel and order a different Christmas gift for my wife.

After weeks of waiting for my package to arrive, I received the wrong item. I have reached out twice in the past 5 days and have yet to hear anything back from the company. I was looking forward to giving this as a Christmas gift. Since I ordered a month in advance, I didn't think there would be any issues.

It’s been a month and we still do not have our order. Unfortunately this was intended as a Christmas gift, and it looks like that will not happen. UPDATE: Christmas has come and gone and not only no socks, but no reply from the company - no communication whatsoever. It’s been weeks.

I realize both dogs are black but none of their features came out in the print. I don't know why someone couldn't have played with the brightness/contrast to get it to a point where the dogs were actually visible instead of 2 black blobs.Love the idea of these socks, unhappy with the way the product came out. 2 weeks into their 72 hour response time and still haven’t heard a thing.
