I placed an order the week of Thanksgiving. I had chosen and uploaded 2 photos of my dogs for the socks. I received my order very late and the socks do not have my dogs on them. They are of a different dog. I sent an email through the website but have yet to hear back and that was over a week ago. I will not be ordering again. This was to be a gift for my son. Order 2622688.

I have been emailing daily about an order for a week now and have not received any support at all. I'm frustrated and just want help to ensure my order, which is a gift, makes it here on time. PupSocks is completely unresponsive. I wish I would have used someone else...

Wrong order! I sent a picture of my cat to have it printed on blue socks that said " I love dad". Instead I got a pair of socks with bones and 2 different dogs on it. I'm disappointed as this was supposed to be a Christmas gift.

The ordering process was extremely easy, and gave me a ton of options! I was a little nervous, since I’ve never ordered anything like this, but it’s absolutely amazing! I’ll definitely buy from this site again!

Placed order 11/22 for a Christmas gift. Received an email that my order shipped on 12/1 yet tracking shows it has not been received by the post office for 2 weeks now. Reached out to the company numerous times via email, Facebook and Instagram haven’t had a single response. Update 12/16: my order arrived today and the item correct. The blanket is wonderful and the picture came out great. USPS tracking never updated that they received the package. I will change my rating, however correspondence from the company is severely lacking.
