ordered two items on Dec 3, 2021 for Christmas gifts, special ordered with family pet/pets on the items!! today, 12/15 is day 9 for promised shipping, not only was my order not being processed but noone let me know that the order was not in production, this site has no phone number available, noone responded to my multiple emails asking about the order!!! I had to google the site to get a phone number and guess what the order is not being completed because they don't have the materials, this was a customized order!!!! Plus the representative hung up on me!!! I have to go thru my credit card company for my money because I don't have a computer for there refund form!! Unbelievable

I ordered pupsocks on November 26 and was told that they would arrive between December 1st and 3rd. The website has said that they are still in production since the order was placed. I have contacted them twice and have NOT received a reply. They are still advertising that if you order now that your order will still arrive by Christmas. How can that be. Caveat Emptor!

Agree with others, ZERO customer service- they have not responded to my inquiry regarding my order. I feel this company is a scam ….. AVOID this company at all cost!!!

I understand that companies are taking longer to respond during the holidays but this team has gone completely dark. And there's no way to cancel an order. Don't count on their shipping promises! Total B. S.

Took a month to get my order and then it was wrong. Still do no have the correct order. Communication from customer support is extremely poor. The horrible quality of the socks compared to what you pay is incredibly uneven. Although, they gave me a 15% discount for waiting a month for my order (remind you the wrong order). I would never recommend this service to anyone and will actually tell people to look somewhere else if they want quality and better communication. I asked for a full refund since I still do not have my correct order and no response yet from the service team although I emailed 3+ times.
