They sent me a completely different order than then the product I customized, and then they have been impossible to contact.

My original order last Christmas came out so awful i tried to return it. But the company eventually offered me a credit towards another item. The socks and masks were horrible but when i got a blanket instead i was happy. It was soft and the pic came out great! Wasnt sure that i would actually ever receive it though. Long delivery period

I LOVE how the socks turned out. I can't wait to give them to my bf for Christmas. He's going to flip.

Ordered my blankets in plenty of time for Christmas delivery. Received a tracking number via email from the company, but all updates from the post office said they’ve never received the items from Pup Socks. I reached out multiple times with no response from the company. Finally filed a dispute of my charges so I can try to get my $167 back. Majorly disappointed since my kids would have loved these. Customer service definitely needs works.

I wanted our youngest cats face on the socks for my wife for Christmas, and that's exactly what I got!! She's going to love them.

I ordered 4 pairs of socks. 2 we’re correct. 2 were not my pets. I have tried email, Facebook messages and submitting through your website to get it corrected, with no response to any of those methods. These were to be Christmas gifts. Very dissatisfied.
