I just received my order and Well, I ordered 4 pair of socks and 3 of them came out so, so, so dark that there is only an outline of a dogs head. Can’t tell it’s our dogs face at all. The only pair that came out great is the pair with the light colored dog. If your dog is brown or black, do not order these. Not happy with these 3 pair at all…..especially for that price! Addition:: I have contacted their customer service 3 different times and have NEVER received a return call or email! Do not order from them!! Poor service!

I placed my order on 11/25 for a Xmas gift and still have not received it. I tracked it with the number that was provided and USPS has not received the package. I’ve sent 2 emails with no response.

I ordered a mask and socks. I got the mask i ordered (which was cute but small so I'd rate it a 3) but the socks were not there. I tried chatting and then emailing customer support. No answer. A week. Crickets. I am still waiting. I'll try the credit card to get a refund.

They sent me the wrong order.

I never got my order and I have tried reaching out twice. I just want a refund at this point. But I can't get ahold of anyone. This was supposed to be a Christmas present so now I'm out money and a present.

Its been over 2 weeks since I received a tracking number but number indicates the package has not arrived at shipping facility. Its very difficult to locate away to contact anyone about your order. Pretty certain its another Facebook scam!!

I received one of 2 items that I ordered. The item missing was $30+. I reached out to PupSocks 3 times via email like the website instructed and 10 days later have yet to receive a response. Uber disappointed

Great quality. Absolutely adorable my husband loved them
